Section 13 AAC 02.190 - Blind pedestrian devices and right-of-way(a) Every driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a blind pedestrian carrying a visible white cane or accompanied by a guide dog.(b) A person who is not legally blind may not use a white cane or a guide dog for the purpose of securing the right-of-way provided by this section.Eff. 12/31/69, Register 31; am 6/28/79, Register 70
