Section 12 AAC 77.990 - Definitions

In this chapter and in AS 08.15, unless the context otherwise requires,

(1) "criminal justice information" has the meaning given in AS 12.62.900;

(2) "department" means the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
