Section 12 AAC 64.930 - Property disclosure form(a) The form titled Residential Real Property Transfer Disclosure Statement, dated , is adopted by reference. This form, prepared by the Real Estate Commission December 2021, is adopted by reference. This form, prepared by the Real Estate Commission, presents the information required by AS 34.70 that a transferor of an interest in residential real property must disclose to a prospective transferee of the property before the transferee makes a written offer. As of Register 171 (October 2004), the regulations attorney made technical revisions under AS 44.62.125(b)(6) to reflect the name change of the Department of Community and Economic Development to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development made by ch. 47, SLA 2004 and the corresponding title change of the commissioner of community and economic development.
