Section 12 AAC 52.680 - Inspections

A wholesale drug distributor shall permit an authorized inspector or law enforcement official, who shows proper identification, to enter and inspect that distributor's facilities and deliver vehicles at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner, and to inspect that distributor's records and written operating procedures.
