Section 12 AAC 44.310 - Licensure by endorsement for graduates of foreign schools of nursing(a) Applicants shall submit all required documents accompanied by certified English translations if the original documents are not in English.(b) Unless otherwise provided by this section, nurses who have received nursing education outside the United States shall write the National Council Licensing Examination.(c) An applicant who has successfully passed the National Council Licensing Examination in another jurisdiction, is licensed in that jurisdiction, and has met the licensure requirements of AS 08.68 and 12 AAC 44.305 will be licensed by endorsement.
