Section 12 AAC 40.946 - Application made under oath or affirmation; disciplinary sanctions

The applicant must sign the application and swear to or affirm the truth of its contents. False or misleading statements or information on the application, whether or not made knowingly, are grounds for denial of approval to take an examination under AS 08.64 or for disciplinary sanctions under AS 08.64.331.
