Section 12 AAC 21.450 - Road construction contractor

A road construction contractor performs the following services:

(1) grading, filling, and leveling;

(2) drilling;

(3) blasting;

(4) sand, gravel, rock, and water hauling and dispersing;

(5) compaction;

(6) staking;

(7) wooden bridges; or

(8) culverts.
