Section 12 AAC 21.150 - Other judicial remedies

Nothing in this chapter prevents intervention, consolidation, or interpleader of claims as a means of resolving pending claims and determining to which claim or claimants the proceeds of a cash deposit will be disbursed, consistent with 12 AAC 21.130 - 12 AAC 21.140.
