Section 12 AAC 16.410 - Term of appointments to utilization review committee(a) Members of the utilization review committee are appointed for staggered terms of two years.(c) A member of the utilization review committee may be removed by the board for cause.(d) A member of the utilization review committee may not serve on the committee for more than four consecutive years.
