A student, who enrolls in a course of hair braiding must complete 35 hours of instruction. The instruction must include the following:

(1) hair and scalp analysis | 5 |
(2) diseases and disorders | 5 |
(3) sanitation | 5 |
(4) statutes and regulations | 5 |
(5) natural hair braiding techniques | 15 |
