Section 11 AAC 93.420 - Notice procedures(a) Notice of the adjudication will be served on those persons listed in AS 46.15.165(c) and in the manner described in AS 46.15.165(e).(b) Notice to the agencies of the federal government having management or trust responsibility over lands within the adjudication area will be served on(1) the chief officer of the federal agency's Alaska regional office;(2) the manager of the specific federal land reservation, if any;(3) the U.S. Attorney General; and(4) the U.S. Attorney for the District of Alaska.(c) Notice will be given to the Department of Fish and Game and the Department of Environmental Conservation.(d) Newspaper notice will be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the area to be adjudicated.Eff. 11/7/90, Register 116; am 12/27/2012, Register 204Authority:AS 46.15.020
