Section 11 AAC 90.111 - Completeness review
(a) Not later than 90 days after the date of receipt of the application, the commissioner will determine whether an application for a permit, renewal of a permit, or major revision of a permit is complete. A complete application is one that contains all information required under 11 AAC 90.021 - 11 AAC 90.101. If the application is not complete, the commissioner will notify the applicant, in writing, of all information required to render the application complete.
(b) After the commissioner determines that an application is complete under (a) of this section, but before a permit is issued, an applicant must update, correct, or indicate that no change has occurred in the information previously submitted under 11 AAC 90.023- 11 AAC 90.033.
