Section 11 AAC 86.580 - Suspension(a) An application for a suspension of operations and production under a lease must comply with 11 AAC 88.105 and must contain complete information showing the necessity or justification for the suspension.(b) No lease expires because production or operations leading to production are suspended by order of or with the assent of the department.
