The requirement under 11 AAC 86.210(4), 11 AAC 86.215(a)(7), 11 AAC 86.410(a) (4), and 11 AAC 86.410(b) (6) that a locator show the relationship of location to adjacent and contiguous mining claims, leasehold locations, and prospecting sites held by other parties is for informational purposes only. It is not an admission by the locator of the proper location and maintenance, good standing, or validity of those other claims, locations, or sites.
