Section 11 AAC 83.100 - Leasing methods(a) Except as provided in (b) of this section, all land is competitive for oil and gas leasing purposes and may only be leased under competitive procedures provided in 11 AAC 82.(b) The director will consider applications for shallow natural gas leases on a first-come first-served basis.
