Section 11 AAC 82.800 - Production records(a) Mineral lessees of state land shall keep in their possession accurate books and records showing the production and disposition of all minerals produced from the leased land and shall permit the commissioner or his agents at all reasonable hours to examine them.(b) The commissioner will, in his discretion, require copies of sales contracts and other agreements with the first bona fide purchaser affecting produced minerals which are subject to royalties.Eff. 9/5/74, Register 51; am 7/22/79, Register 71Authority:AS 38.05.020(b)
