Section 11 AAC 82.670 - Suspension of production or operations(a) Applications for suspension of production or operations under AS 38.05.140 must comply with 11 AAC 88.105 and must contain complete information showing the necessity or justification for the suspension.(b) Whenever the commissioner takes an action under AS 38.05.140, he will give notice to the lessee, specifying the action taken, the effective date of it, and the duration of any suspension, and note the action in the status record.(c) No lease expires because operations or production or both are suspended under any order or with the assent of the commissioner.Eff. 9/5/74, Register 51; am 7/22/79, Register 71Authority:AS 38.05.020
