Section 11 AAC 82.525 - Drawings(a) Whenever proper applications filed simultaneously or during any simultaneous filing period cover the same land, the commissioner will cause a public drawing or drawings to be held to determine the priorities among those applications, but the drawing is limited to three priorities when more than three applications are included in the same drawing. All remaining applications are rejected and closed of record following the drawing without further notice to the applicant. Each drawing will be conducted in the manner the commissioner determines.(b) The order or other notice by the commissioner providing for simultaneous filing periods will give the date, time, and place of drawing to determine priorities.Eff. 9/5/74, Register 51; am 7/22/79, Register 71Authority:AS 38.05.020
