Section 11 AAC 80.065 - Applications for renewal(a) A lessee who seeks to renew a lease of state land for pipeline right-of-way purposes must submit an application for renewal of the right-of-way lease no later than two years before lease expiration, unless otherwise provided in the right-of-way lease.
