Section 11 AAC 71.425 - Timber lost in salvage license area

The licensee shall make a reasonable effort to identify and separate the lost timber from that which is being salvaged and shall notify the division of the location of the lost timber the licensee discovers within the area in which the salvage operations are conducted.
