Section 11 AAC 69.900 - Definitions(a) In this chapter, (1) "commissioner" means the commissioner of natural resources;(2) "department" means the Department of Natural Resources.(b) Unless the context indicates otherwise, in this chapter and in AS 38.95.200-38.95.270, "real property" means an interest in land and its appurtenances, corporeal or incorporeal.
