Section 11 AAC 67.080 - Survey and platting costs(a) Any land offered for homesites under AS 38.08 must first be surveyed and an approved final plat or subdivision agreement must be accepted by the division and by the platting authority, if any, before the homesite disposal.(b) Costs of surveying and platting assessed against the homesite parcels will include all costs incident to design of the subdivision as well as the cost of field survey and monumentation of the lots, and will be prorated among the lots on the basis of acreage in each lot or on the basis of road or water frontage, whichever is more equitable.Eff. 5/4/78, Register 66; am 5/13/79, Register 70Authority:AS 38.04.900
