Section 11 AAC 60.150 - Conversion privileges(a) A lessee holding a grazing lease which has been issued pursuant to 11 AAC 58.030 or 11 AAC 58.040 may at any time convert the lease to a grazing lease subject to the provisions of this chapter.(b) The term of the lease issued under such a conversion shall be identical to the term remaining on the original lease.Eff. 4/16/70, Register 34Authority:AS 38.05.020
