Section 11 AAC 60.100 - Range improvements(a) Lessee shall not make range improvements without first obtaining the written approval of the director.(b) Applications to construct range improvements shall indicate the location of the proposed improvements, the necessity for such improvements, the estimated cost thereof, and that the improvements, as proposed, will not impair the value of the land or interfere with other reasonable uses thereof.(c) All range improvements are subject to the provisions of AS 38.05.090.Eff. 4/16/70, Register 34Authority:AS 38.05.020
