Section 11 AAC 40.510 - Retailer registration application

In addition to the information set out under 11 AAC 40.050, an applicant for a retailer registration must submit the following:

(1) a description of the type of store or operations of the retailer; and

(2) a location of the retailer where industrial hemp will be offered for retail sales.
