Section 11 AAC 39.760 - Notification of acceptance or rejection of sealed bid or offer

A person who submits a sealed bid or offer for property being disposed of under 11 AAC 39.720(a) shall be notified of acceptance or rejection of the bid or offer within 15 days after its acceptance or rejection.
