The regulations in this chapter, which were repealed effective September 1, 1982, Register 83, have been replaced by regulations 18 AAC 32, effective September 1, 1982, Register 83, pursuant to Executive Order 51, which transferred functions from the Department of Natural Resources to the Department of Environmental Conservation.
