The regulations in this article which were repealed effective September 1, 1982, Register 83, have been replaced by regulations in 18 AAC 32, effective September 1, 1982, Register 83, pursuant to Executive Order 51 which transferred functions from the Department of Natural Resources to the Department of Environmental Conservation.
