Section 11 AAC 20.920 - Horse use and power boat use at Kepler/Bradley State Recreation Area(a) The use of horses, mules, and burros is allowed on designated trails at Kepler/Bradley State Recreation Area.(b) The use of horses is subject to the following conditions: (1) groups using 10 or more animals must obtain authorization from the director under 11 AAC 18.010 before entering a park;(2) tethering horses, mules, and burros within 100 feet of fresh water is prohibited;(3) loose herding of animals is prohibited.(c) The use of electric trolling boat motors is allowed on all lakes within Kepler/Bradley State Recreation Area.Eff. 5/11/85, Register 94; am 7/1/89, Register 110Authority:AS 41.21.020
