Section 11 AAC 20.015 - Off-road vehicles(a) A person may use an off-road vehicle in Chugach State Park only on Eklutna Lakeside Trail and designated trails in the Bird Creek Valley Trail System.(b) Unless authorized by the director under 11 AAC 18.010, a person may not operate an off-road vehicle on Eklutna Lakeside Trail (1) from 12:01 a.m. Thursday through 11:59 p.m. Saturday, during the period from April 1 through November 30; or(2) from December 1 through March 31.(c) Unless authorized by the director under 11 AAC 18.010, a person may not operate an off-road vehicle within the Bird Creek Valley Trail System from December 1 through March 31.Eff. 5/11/85, Register 94; am 5/24/96, Register 138; am 8/19/2009, Register 191; am 11/15/2015, Register 216, January 2016Authority:AS 41.21.020
