Section 11 AAC 18.990 - DefinitionsIn this chapter,
(1) "aircraft" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(2) "assembly" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(3) "camp" or "camping" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(4) "campground" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(5) "campsite" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(6) "director" means the director of the division, or the director's authorized agent;(7) "division" means the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation, Department of Natural Resources;(8) "permit" means a written authorization, revocable with or without cause, to engage in uses or activities that are otherwise prohibited or restricted;(9) "state park" means any land or water managed by the division;(10) "structure" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990;(11) "vehicle" has the meaning given in 11 AAC 12.990.Eff. 5/5/2022, Register 242, July 2022Definitions applicable to 11 AAC 18 were relocated from 11 AAC 18.200 to 11 AAC 18.990.
