Section 11 AAC 09.220 - Reports(a) A holder of a permit issued under 11 AAC 09.040 shall submit a written report to the department within 30 days after completing the permitted activity. The report shall summarize the activity conducted under the permit.(b) A holder of a permit issued under 11 AAC 09.200 for more than one year in duration shall file an annual report with the department before the anniversary of the date on which the permit was originally issued.
