Section 850-X-10-.14 - Stay Of Execution Of Order

The Board may, in its discretion, stay the execution of its order to censure, place on probation, fine, revoke or suspend a license or certification. The stay may be conditioned on any provision the Board deems appropriate under the circumstances of any particular case. The filing of an application for rehearing or notice of appeal does not itself stay enforcement of the Board's decision.
