Section 820-4-2-.06 - Transitional Provision

(1) "Previous Filings." Security interests created between January 1, 2002 and July 31, 2002 or existing prior to the original effective date of these rules can be filed in the system and reflected in the master list if documents are in existence or are created which meet the requirements of Rule 820-4-2-.03 and such documents are filed by the Secretary of State.

(2) "Initial Master List." The Secretary of State will mail the first master list and portions thereof within five working days of December 1, 1987.
