Section 820-2-6-.05 - Notice To Provisional Voter

A provisional ballot officer who cannot confirm an individual's registration or eligibility to vote in that precinct, shall inform the voter of his or her legal right to vote a provisional ballot. The provisional ballot officer shall explain to the individual the process of voting a provisional ballot.
