Section 820-2-5-.03 - Remedies

If, under these procedures, the Secretary of State determines that there has been a violation of Title III, the order of the Secretary of State shall direct the appropriate remedy. See Sub-section 8 (5) of Act 03-313 of the State of Alabama and Section 402 (a)(2)(G) of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002, Pub. L. 107-252.
