Section 820-2-3-.05 - Definition of Commercial Carrier

A commercial carrier shall be defined as a business licensed and regulated (pursuant to § 37-3-5 ) in the area(s) in which it operates that advertises to the public and is engaged in the business of trade or traffic and commerce.
