Section 820-1-2-.13 - Discovery

Requests for discovery shall be sent to the party from whom discovery is requested and, simultaneously, a copy of the same shall be forwarded to the Secretary. All requests shall be made within a reasonable period of time from the filing of testimony and a reasonable time before the hearing.
