Section 820-1-2-.10 - Amendments

(1) Amendments to any complaint, application, petition, pleading or answer will be allowed or refused by the Secretary or the presiding hearings examiner at their discretion and upon such terms as they may impose.

(2) All amendments shall be in writing on a separate piece of paper and shall be filed with the Secretary.
