Section 800-5-8-.01 - Annual Statements

The administrative staff shall prepare and distribute annual statements to each participant on a form prescribed by the secretary-treasurer on or before June 30 of each year or such other times as may be prescribed by federal law or regulation and shall prepare and distribute such other reports as required by law or as the secretary-treasurer deems necessary or appropriate.
