Section 800-2-7-.33 - ERS Form 8-PR, Retired Member's Designation Of Beneficiary For Pro Rata Payment

Is used by retirees to name the beneficiary who will receive the pro rata portion of the retiree's monthly benefit payable at the retiree's death.
