Section 80-1-9-.01 - Application

Pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, §§4, 67 and 68 of Title 2, the following regulations, standards and requirements are hereby approved and adopted for the sale of commercial feeds where such feeds are offered for sale or sold for the feeding of domestic animals, birds and fish that are normally maintained in or near households as pets:

NOTE:Code of Ala. 1975, §§4, 67 and 68 of Title 2 of the Code of Alabama appearing in the above rule are codified in Code of Ala. 1975, as §§ 2-2-16, 2-21-12 and 2-21-13, respectively. Sections 2-21-12 and 2-21-13 were repealed January 1, 1979. Code of Ala. 1975, § 2-21-25, apparently replaced the majority of repealed §§ 2-21-12 and 2-21-13.
