Section 780-X-17-.08 - Change Of Name Or Contact Information

(a) Appraisal management companies shall notify the Board in writing of each change of trade name, business address, telephone number, or email address within ten (10) days of said change. The Board may levy a fine of two hundred ($2 00) to any appraisal management company who does not give written notification within ten (10) days.
