Section 770-X-10-.17-2-10-.12 - Emergency Signals; Dangerous Cargoes

No driver shall use, or permit the use of, any flame-producing emergency signal for protecting any motor vehicle transporting explosives. Class A or Class B; any cargo tank motor vehicle used for the transportation of any flammable material, whether loaded or empty; or any motor vehicle using compressed gas as a motor fuel. In lieu thereof, red electric lanterns or red emergency reflectors shall be used, the placement of which shall be in the same manner as prescribed in770-X-10-17-2-10-.09, above.
