No transfer of a driver license shall be permitted and any person to whom a driver license has been issued as required by the provisions of Code of Ala. 1975, §326, who permits or allows another to use the driver license issued to him while driving a motor vehicle upon the highways of the State of Alabama or any person who presents as his own a driver license issued to another person shall be guilty of a violation of this rule and regulation for which said violator may be subjected to the penalties provided in Code of Ala. 1975, § 32-6-18, and shall have their driver license suspended for a period of sixty days.
