Section 746-X-7-.04 - Requirements For Licensure As A Pedorthists

(a) License under grandfather period: Applicants who have practiced as a pedorthists for 5 of the 6 years prior to April 4, 2006 and/or posses current credentials as a certified pedorthists in good standing with the Board for Certification in Pedorthics may file an application on forms provided by the Board for licensure in accordance with the scope of practice of a pedorthists in 746-X-5-.02. The applicant must provide a detailed description of work history.

(b) License After Grandfather Period: Applicant must be in good standing as a certified pedorthist with the Board for Certification in Pedorthics.
