Section 680-X-1-.01 - Organization

The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy consists of five members 3 of which are appointed by the Governor and 2 are elected. The Board is vested with the authority to carry out and enforce the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 23, and Title 20, Chapter 2, Code of Ala. 1975. The public may obtain information or make submissions or requests to the Secretary, Alabama State Board of Pharmacy, 111 Village Street, Birmingham, Alabama 35242.
