Section 660-5-47-.01 - Legal Authority

This policy, originally written in 1994, was developed to comply with the R.C. Consent Decree which was terminated on January 16, 2007. It has been subsequently revised to comply with key principles of the Adoption and Safe Families Act of 1997 (P.L. 105-89) along with other federal and state laws.
