Section 660-5-41-.03 - Reporting(1) The Department of Human Resources receives reports from any person, including but not limited to, any social worker, law enforcement officer, physician and other practitioners of the healing arts serving adults who have reasons to believe an individual has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or exploitation.(2) The Department of Human Resources requires social workers in its employment to report cases of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
