Section 660-5-3-.04 - Standard Of Promptness

A decision must be made on all applications within 45 calendar days with the exception of Adult Protective Services after the "date of application" which is the date on which the signed application is received in the county office. A decision must be made on all applications within 60 calendar days for all persons requesting Adult Protective Services.
